Cost Seg Smart ("we", "us") collects only the data needed to deliver cost segregation studies and respond to inquiries. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data we collect
- Order data: Property address, basis, purchase date, property characteristics — needed to produce the study.
- Contact data: Email and (optional) phone, used to deliver the report and respond to questions.
- Payment data: Processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
- Analytics data: Pageviews, anonymized session recordings (Microsoft Clarity), conversion events. Loaded only after you accept cookies.
How we use it
To produce and deliver your cost segregation study, support orders, send a small number of follow-up emails (which you can unsubscribe from at any time), and improve the website. We do not sell data.
Cookies & tracking
Analytics, ad-attribution, and session-recording cookies are loaded only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. We use Google Consent Mode v2 — by default, ad and analytics storage is denied until you opt in.
Your rights
